CLEAN CABBAGE IN THE BUCKET And Other Tales From the Irish Music Trenches will be published on June 19th, 2007. It's been a long haul. Six years ago I brought the idea to Robbie, Seamus, Frank and Harry. They were all enthusiastic. The first stories were written in early August of 2001. There were some bumps and detours along the way, as with any creative project, but we made it. And this is no slim, vanity volume. There are 400 pages of stories -humorous, touching, dare I say, poetic, and all true, so help me. We're very proud of this and we know you're going to enjoy it. All the best, Dennis O'Rourke
